Debbie and I would like to thank you and your team for the excellent job you did on our kitchen.
As you are aware, in the beginning I was very apprehensive about allowing anyone to remodel our kitchen. As someone that is accustomed to doing most repairs/remodeling in my home, I was convinced that a remodeling company would charge outrageous prices for a lower quality of work than my wife and I would find acceptable. Through [the research] process we received numerous positive comments not only about your work but that you and Fran were genuinely good people that we could trust.
Once the tear out was complete I was quickly impressed by the quality of [the contractors'] work and also trusted them as individuals. By the second day I went to work feeling comfortable that they were in my home and would do a great job without me looking over their shoulders. I can honestly say they were the first/only contractors that I have ever trusted to be in my home when I was not there.
As the project moved from electric to countertops to wall tiles and finally to end panels and trim, Johnny and Scott were meticulous about the work they did. On a couple occasions they actually redid work on their own that I am confident most contractors would have determined was "good enough" because it didn't meet their standards. Great job.
Dan, from the beginning to the end you and your team were great to work with and we would highly recommend you to anyone that is thinking about remodeling their home. Please share this letter with your team and feel free to share it with any prospective clients.

He accommodated my last-minute changes easily and made some great suggestions that really enhanced the final outcome. No large remodeling project is without unexpected problems, and you handled these problems with professionalism. I especially appreciated how you always cleaned up before leaving for the day. (It's these little things that mean a lot!) Both projects were completed on time an don budget, and that is a welcome breath of fresh air.
