With more than 30 years of home remodeling experience, Fran and Dan Siegel know exactly what it takes to get a project completed in Fairfield, West Chester, Hamilton, and all of Greater Cincinnati, Ohio. They took that know-how to a new level with the opening of Siegel's showroom located at 9016 Sutton Place off of Rt.747 in the West Chester area.
Specializing in full scale residential remodeling, personal service and design consultation, Siegel Remodeling & Design is a One Stop Shop. This is an idea that hatched after years of watching customers navigate the home improvement industry, according to Fran Siegel.
"We were sending our remodeling customers all over town to pick out their selections for the work "we" were doing," she said. "They were going to home improvement centers to order materials and were overwhelmed.
After years of trying to predict when products would be available, and making follow-up phone calls to straighten out product arrival dates, the Siegels decided to make it more convenient for both themselves and their customers. They opened their own showroom.
Taking control of ordering and purchasing the products for their customers helped them to acquire knowledge of the products available out there in the market. The Siegels know which products are of quality and where you get the most "Bang for your Buck" so to speak.. They can show you how to remodel for less in a "Struggling Economy". Sometimes just a few minor changes can make your kitchen or bath look new again or even sell that house for you, says Fran Siegel....

The list of products and services Siegel Remodeling & Design offers is lengthy and includes:

• Ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate and vinyl flooring
• Audio video equipment/installation
They also have access to distributors where customers can purchase large appliances at wholesale prices.
Experience
With experience in all phases of residential remodeling, Dan Siegel does a variety of specialty work which includes: kitchens, baths, room additions, basements, decks, patios, custom bars & entertainment centers.
Room layouts can be provided and customers have access to an interior designer as an option. Also a drapery designer is available upon request. Fran Siegel offers her advice and assistance in selecting products and color choices as complimentary service available to all remodeling customers.
Siegel Remodeling & Design not only provides these services for remodeling customers but also for building contractors and their customers. They file for building permits, normally a responsibility of the homeowner.
